RIPPA has completed an upgrade to the seat safety system used on the R10 and R06 excavators.
The previous seat pressure switch mounting position was not fully standardized, and market feedback indicated that this could affect sensor reliability. To improve consistency and reduce sensor-related issues, RIPPA standardized the mounting position of the seat pressure switch and optimized the related technical specifications.

This technical update also includes the addition of a seat belt that meets applicable CE requirements, further improving operator safety and supporting machines supplied to European markets.

The upgraded seat safety system became effective on July 22, 2026. Related technical data, supplier requirements, inspection standards, and production instructions have been updated accordingly.

This notice describes the technical configuration effective on July 22, 2026. RIPPA may continue to optimize product structures, components, and safety specifications.
If a newer engineering change, revised drawing, production standard, or official notice is issued for the same component, the latest approved specification will take precedence, and the technical change described in this notice will no longer apply.
