[Important Security Alert] Beware of Fraudulent Messages from Unofficial Channels and Protect Your Funds

Recently, Rippa has identified cases in which fraudsters impersonated Rippa employees and contacted dealers and customers through unofficial email addresses, WhatsApp, and other non-official channels. These individuals attempted to mislead recipients by claiming changes to payment accounts, offering Rippa products at unusually low prices, or urging payment of deposits or outstanding balances, with the intention of fraudulently obtaining funds. Several customers have already been exposed to such risks.

To better protect your funds and legitimate rights and interests, Rippa hereby issues the following official reminder:

1. Please verify all important information through official channels only
Any key information related to payment account changes, deposit or balance payments, product quotations, and order confirmations shall be considered valid only if it is communicated through Rippa’s official email addresses or by officially authorized sales representatives. Please do not trust any information received through unofficial channels.

2. Please be alert to lookalike domains and fake email addresses
Fraudsters may attempt to impersonate Rippa by using similar-looking domain names, forged display names, or unofficial email accounts. Even if the sender name appears to be associated with Rippa, the actual email address may not belong to our official company domain. Please always verify the sender’s full email address and domain name carefully, and confirm any important information through official channels before taking any action.

3. Please conduct secondary verification before making any payment
Before making any payment, please make sure to verify the identity of the sales representative and the authenticity of the payment information through Rippa’s official email and/or official video calls. Do not transfer funds to any unfamiliar or suspicious account without prior confirmation.

4. Contact Rippa immediately if you receive suspicious messages
If you receive any suspicious message or communication that appears fraudulent, or if you have any doubt regarding a person’s identity or account information, please contact Rippa’s official customer service team or your account manager immediately for verification. Please do not take any action without confirmation.
