The detailed description of the equipment malfunction, identified causes, and comprehensive corrective measures is provided below.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><\/b><strong>\u00a0Applicable Product<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong><b>Device Abnormality<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">After the equipment has been in continuous operation (traveling) for more than half an hour, the coolant temperature reading on the gauge rises rapidly to approximately 115\u00b0C (239\u00b0F)\u2014exceeding the manufacturer&#8217;s standard operating temperature of 105\u00b0C (221\u00b0F)\u2014and a high coolant temperature warning is triggered.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><\/b><strong><b>he root cause of the problem<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Through comprehensive testing and verification by the specialized task force, the anomaly was attributed to two combined factors:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><\/b><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Water temperature sensor matching deviation<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">This device is equipped with an analog water temperature sensor whose circuit resistance has not been matched or calibrated. Additionally, it failed to adequately cover high-temperature usage scenarios, resulting in insufficient thermal dissipation capacity under extended continuous operation conditions, which may lead to excessive water temperature elevation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b><\/b><strong><b>pecific Rectification Plan<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To address the aforementioned issues, our company has developed a comprehensive component upgrade plan, completed batch validation of the entire unit, and after rectification, the water temperature remains stable and meets original manufacturer standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1.To address sensor reading deviations: replace the analog water temperature sensor with one precisely matched to the instrument parameters, eliminating circuit resistance errors. Actual measurements show a reduction of approximately 10\u00b0C in displayed water temperature, ensuring complete synchronization between the displayed value and the engine&#8217;s actual temperature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2.To address insufficient heat dissipation: The engine cooling fan was upgraded from the original \u03c6380mm, 7-blade model to a larger \u03c6400mm, 8-blade unit, significantly enhancing overall cooling efficiency and reducing instrument water temperature by 15\u201320\u00b0C in practical tests.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The complete rectification package has successfully passed continuous durability batch tests on multiple units within the facility, with water temperatures consistently maintained within the standard range under all operating conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
