RIPPA R10 Bucket Cylinder Dimension Optimization — Effective July 15, 2026

RIPPA has completed a dimensional optimization of the bucket cylinder used on the R10 excavator.

The previous bucket cylinder specification created certain difficulties during assembly, while dimensional standards from different suppliers were not fully consistent. To improve production efficiency and component consistency, RIPPA revised the relevant bucket cylinder dimensions and standardized the technical requirements for all approved suppliers.

As part of this update, the relevant connection angle was changed from 30° to 35°. The revised angle provides a more suitable installation position and helps simplify the cylinder assembly process.

The optimization is expected to provide the following benefits:

• Easier bucket cylinder installation
• More consistent component dimensions
• Improved supplier standardization
• Reduced assembly adjustment
• Better component interchangeability

The updated bucket cylinder specification became effective on July 15, 2026. Related engineering drawings, supplier standards, incoming inspection requirements, and production instructions have been updated accordingly.

If a newer engineering change, drawing, production standard, or official notice is issued for the same component, the latest approved specification will take precedence, and the technical change described in this notice will no longer apply.
