Nottingham Forest and Leeds United are both hoping to continue their respective recent good form in the Championship as they go head to head this afternoon.

Forest continue the rollercoaster of Dougie Freedman's tenure as boss. The Tricky Trees constantly seem to be dipping in and out of form and that has again been the case in recent weeks, although thankfully the Scottish boss his side's form is currently quite strong.

A five game unbeaten run appears to have saved Freedman from being worried for his job, whilst also pulling his side up into 15th place in the division. After a 2-1 win over Milton Keynes Dons last time out, the home crowd will be hoping for another three points at 21/20 with bookmakers.

Leeds United have been much improved since the appointment of Steve Evans. Uwe Rosler didn't last long in the hotseat before being the latest manager to be removed by Massimo Cellino, but Evans has led his side to an impressive five wins from his first seven competitive games in charge.

This spell of form under the Scottish manager has taken the Super Whites up into the comfort of midtable but in what is another tight league table in the Championship, they'll no doubt have one eye on the play-off chasing pack at this stage. The away win is priced at 16/5.

We fancy plenty of goals in this game, even if they bookmakers don't. Both sides have been strong defensively recently, but they've both looked better in attack in their last few matches too. Perhaps the bookies fancy a low-scoring match due to a lack of prolific goalscorer in either side, but both teams possess players capable of finding the net throughout their squads.

In their last three home matches at the City Ground Forest have fired in eight goals, whilst in their last away game Leeds United put three past Wolverhampton Wanderers. Both teams are playing with confidence at the moment so we're backing both teams to score at evens.

One man who we are backing to find the net is Nottingham Forest's promising Portuguese star Nelson Oliveira. The 24 year old scored in the 2-1 win over Milton Keynes Dons last time out, meaning he's now scored three times in his side's last three home games.

As far as history goes, these two clubs perhaps belong at a higher level. Leeds United have been European Cup finalists and Nottingham Forest have been European Cup winners in the past, but now they're both simply fighting for a chance to return to the Premier League.

Predictions:
Both teams to score @ Evens
Nelson Oliveira to score at any time @ 21/10
